"These folks are massive"
These folks are massive. You place an order? - in just 2 minutes, it’s up and running! Need help at 6 AM??? They get back to you in 4 minutes and fix a problem that saves you loads of time. There’s this guy named Artem working there - he’s a real heavyweight, super professional and skilled. I totally recommend if you’re fed up with lousy support and services, take the plunge and simplify your life! I’m sticking with this provider for good, I’ve found my match! Cheers

I've switched locations and tested a bunch of offshore servers. Each had its ups and downs, but now that I've been using VSYS, I can't help but wonder why I didn't choose them sooner. Everything runs smoothly, the support is solid, and the pricing is fantastic too. I'm planning to stick with VSYS for quite a while.

"Unresponsive company that disregards messages"
I’m really let down by my recent dealings with Virtual Systems, which overlooked not just one, but several of my messages. I also reached out through live chat on different occasions, and their team assured me they’d pass my request along to the right department and have them check their inboxes.
Still, I haven’t heard a peep from them. This is super unprofessional for a business, especially after I’ve followed up and received those reassurances. It’s a company that makes hollow promises and doesn’t seem to know how to respond to emails.

"Choose a more reliable hosting provider"
I had a VPS with this company for a brief period. Their support takes ages to get back to you when you have problems. Plus, they’ll suspend your account right away if you voice any concerns, without giving you a heads-up or trying to resolve things first. Best to steer clear of them.
